Hornet's nest

So I was stung by a bee yesterday, and it is causing an itchy and painful rash. Coincidentally, I had two nowhere conversations with two different friends. Why do I get so annoyed when someone does not agree with me? Well, I know because I am usually right (haha), but still, it leaves me with a sense of ickyness, a feeling that I have wasted my time. But hey, I have written two days in a row, let's see what other improvements I might make. Make I'll stop walking into the hornets' nests, for one.

Back by popular demand. :)

Not a whole lot on my mind today. Fall is pressing in on us once again. And, while it is one of my favorite seasons, it always feels like the beginning of the end to me. Maybe it is because I celebrate another year on the planet in a few weeks. Maybe it's just the waning of the daylight and the end of another calendar year.

On an even more personal note, I am facing a lot of challenges right now, are any of you? How do you handle challenges? I think I'll do some research on this, since one of my challenges at this point is academic.
